offer you discounts on a primary monthly wireless phone bill.
• The Lifeline program provides for an $8.25 per
month discount.
• The Link-Up program discounts or waives charges
when you begin wireless service.
To qualify, you must have proof of participation in
one of
the following State or Federal programs:
• Food Stamps
• Medicaid
• Supplemental Security Income (551)
• Federal Housing Assistance Program (FPHA) or
Section 8
• National School Free Lunch Program (NSL)
